Summary
VS1-24(15) ?indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for 24 (15) kV air insulated indoor switchgear, as the power grid equipment, the control unit for the protection of the power equipment of the working condition enterprise. Because of the special superiority of the vacuum circuit breaker, it is especially suitable for frequent operation of the rated working current, or the place where the short-circuit current is broken many times.
The integrated design of operation mechanism and circuit breaker body can be used for fixing installation unit or special propulsion mechanism to form handcart unit.
Ambient temperature
1.The ambient temperature is not higher than 40 ℃ and not lower than -15 ℃ (storage and transportation is allowed at -30 ℃);

3. relative temperature: daily average is not greater than 95, monthly average is not greater than 90

Structure description
1.vacuum interrupter The circuit breaker is equipped with an intermediate sealed ceramic or glass vacuum interrupter, with copper-chromium contact material and cup longitudinal magnetic contact structure. Its electrical wear rate is small, its electric life is long, the voltage level of the contact is high, and the dielectric insulation strength is stable. Fast back-arc recovery speed, horizontal bottom closure, strong opening ability. 2. General structure The overall structure of the circuit breaker is in the form of operating mechanism and front and rear arrangement of the interrupter, the leading electric circuit is composed of three phase ground structure, and the vacuum interrupter is installed longitudinally in a tubular insulating cylinder. The insulating cylinder is made of epoxy resin by APG process, so it is particularly anti-creeping. This kind of structural design can greatly reduce the accumulation of dust on the surface of the interrupter, not only to prevent the vacuum interrupter from being damaged by external factors, but also to ensure the high resistance to the voltage effect even in the humid heat and seriously polluted environment. The current path of the main circuit when the circuit breaker is closed: The upper outlet seat 28 passes through the upper bracket 27 fixed on the arc extinguishing chamber to the inner static contact of the vacuum interrupter, through the moving contact and its connected conductive clip, soft connection, to the lower support 30 and the lower outlet seat 32. Through the circuit breaker connecting rod system, the insulated pull rod 34 and the internal disc spring 33 are used to operate the circuit breaker and keep the contact in contact. When the circuit breaker leaves the factory, each current grade is equipped with the dust proof insulation cylinder cover, and the rated current of 1250A and below in practical use is carried out. 3. operating mechanism The actuator is a kind of spring energy storage mechanism arranged in plane. It has the functions of manual energy storage and electric energy storage. The actuator is placed in the box in front of the interrupter, and the mechanism box of the circuit breaker is also used as the frame of the operating mechanism. The mechanism box is divided into five assembly spaces by four intermediate divisions, during which the energy storage part of the operating motive, the transmission part, the release part and the buffer part are respectively fitted, and the front part is provided with a closing, dividing button, manual energy storage operating hole, and a spring energy storage status indicator.
