Interior of the transformer is isolated from air, so the transformer oil can not absorb outer moisture and oxygen since change of transformer's volume could be fixed with flexibility of corrugated tank structure. Then aging speed of insulated material will be decreased. Before being put into operation, suspension of core is not necessary to be checked. Clients could also be free from later maintenance and reparation. Reliability is visibly upgraded. the transformer is designed with PC CAD, Its characters are conformed to IEC 60076 and GB 1094, and qualification of ISO 9001.

S11 Series of three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer adopts new type insulation structure in its whole body, quitely improving its short-circuit resistant capacity; its core is made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheet; all HV. windings are made of oxygen-free copper, and constructed in multi-layer barrel type structure; all fasteners have treated with special tightening treatment.Having many good features such as high efficiency, low loss, the transformer can save much electric energy and running cost, having had significant social benefits, It is a real high-new-tech product which has been popularized by many nations.

>>Because we use oxygen-free copper wires of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after a series of surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
>>We use high-quality silicon-steel sheets which are of lower specific loss, so the no-load loss of the transformers is lower.
>>We use high quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won't split or move even under the influence of short circuit current.
>>We use thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas or impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
