Overview

XGN66-12 Fixed metal closed switch equipment (abbreviated as switch cabinet) is used in 12KV and /below three phase AC. 50Hz,power systems to accept and distribute electrical energy. It meets requirements of the national standards that are GB3906 《3-35KV AC. metal closed switchgear》and DLT404 《Indoor AC. high voltage open closet order technical conditions》 of the Ministry of Electrical Industry,and also meets requirements of international standards IEC60298 《3-35KV AC. metal closed switchgear and control equipment under》. The cabinet is welded up with high quality angle steel. Breaker room is located in middle part of the cabinet. It is easy to install, inspect and maintain. The standard equipped  breaker is ZN63A (VS1-12) circuit breaker, and has a pressure release channel to ensure personal safety. Being equipped with advanced and reliable rotary isolation switch, it can be ensured personal safely enter the circuit breaker room at middle place of main busbar for maintenance. For having a complete and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device,it is simple and effective to meet the "five prevention" requirements. Front door is equipped with an observation window. It can clearly observe working state of functional devices in the cabinet, and operating mechanism has same interlocking functions so that XGN locking mechanism ensures XGN2-12 cabinet to be simply, reliably, conveniently and practically operated.

Application

It is mainly used for power plants, substations,industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places, and can also be used for opening and closing offices with ring network cabinets.

Normal use conditions

1. Altitude is 1000m;  if there are special requirements, it can be noted when ordering.

2. Environment  temperature:-25 C ~+40 C;

3. Relative temperature average value is not more than 95%, and monthly relative temperature average value is not more than 90%.

4. Seismic ability: 8 degrees;

5, No violent vibration and impact and fire,chemical corrosion and explosion hazards.
